Nick Afka Thomas is what you get if Steve Martin and Paul Rudd had a British baby.

While in the UK, Nick trained in classical acting, Meisner and mime before appearing in productions for the BBC, plays by Shakespeare and Noel Coward, and for the world-famous Oxford Revue as well as for the world’s longest-running comedy show, the Newsrevue. In New York, he graduated from UCB, and appeared in Royal Pains, Sleep No More and Macbeth. Since recently moving to Los Angeles, Nick has been continuously filming, as well as providing the voice for a major character in the Game of Thrones video game.

Nick is the British half of married sketch comedy group “We Are Thomasse” which has had many viral hits, including Awkward Exes: Britain & America with 2.5 million views in only 4 days. We Are Thomasse performs monthly at Second City Hollywood, and regularly at the PIT in New York and the Leicester Square Theatre in London. They also frequently collaborate with Grammy-winning singer Jason Mraz.

Nick is a published author, has written a regular column for the Guardian newspaper, and has published a board game. He was a scholar at Eton and Oxford, and Prince William used to call him “sir”. Make sure to ask him where the name “Afka” comes from!
